Food Web Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, helping us find the best talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements to ensure a good fit between candidates and open positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and provide updates on candidate progress.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation activities.,Update and maintain applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Conduct initial phone screens and conduct video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
