📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and distributing of goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to maintain smooth supply chain operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.,Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
