📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of area supervisors to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Oversee inventory management and distribution to ensure product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or consumer products, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving market penetration.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian FMCG market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
