📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
