📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
