📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's performance, including fuel efficiency, navigation, and cargo handling.,Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers, conducting regular safety drills and inspections.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth docking and undocking procedures.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew schedules, and incident reports.,Provide excellent customer service to passengers and cargo clients, addressing their concerns and needs.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master's or Chief Mate's license (or equivalent) issued by a recognized maritime authority.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
