📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.,Manage and grow our social media following by identifying and engaging with potential customers and partners.,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and growing followers.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
