📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that meet the specific needs of our workforce.
• Utilize learning management systems like Moodle to create and manage online courses.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive workshops.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development to continuously improve our training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Manage the budget for training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
