📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models that are scalable, efficient, and meet business objectives.
  • Optimize the performance of existing machine learning models, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of machine learning models.
  • Monitor the performance of machine learning models in production, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in machine learning and performance engineering.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for machine learning and performance engineering.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in machine learning and performance engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with performance engineering tools and techniques, such as profiling, benchmarking, and optimization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
