📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk,Answer and direct customer inquiries,Handle cash transactions and process payments,Manage customer records and maintain accurate files,Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations,Perform general administrative tasks,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Enforce company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with basic computer software,Ability to work well under pressure,Friendly and professional demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian language
