📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the company's growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to support the company's financial planning and budgeting.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Proven track record in financial management and reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP (GAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
