As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on cloud-based solutions and Confluent technologies. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that our solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on cloud-based solutions and Confluent technologies,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that clients' needs are met and that our solutions are tailored to their specific requirements,Develop and present proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our solutions, and make recommendations for improvements,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud-based solutions and Confluent technologies, and share this knowledge with the team,Participate in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, demos, and technical deep dives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cloud-based solutions and Confluent technologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex technical concepts to clients,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address clients' needs and challenges,Proven track record of success in a pre-sales role, with a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to influence and persuade clients,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
