📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the retail sales database.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing market insights and analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist in the training and development of new sales team members.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Good understanding of retail industry and market trends.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
