🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving departmental success.,Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
