📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.,Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to network and promote our products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their teams.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
