📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Participate in emergency response and maintenance activities as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related maintenance or technical role.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
