📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough investigations and document emergency incidents, accidents, and near-misses using specialized software such as SafetyCulture or similar platforms.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards on construction sites, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Train and educate workers on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices for incident documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Maintain and update emergency response documentation, including incident reports, safety data sheets, and hazard communication programs.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction safety and emergency management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Certification in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or equivalent, with a strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency response and incident documentation in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using safety management software and incident documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and educate a diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with risk assessment techniques and hazard identification methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
