📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial and advanced screening interviews for blue-collar candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR support to the team, including policy interpretation and guidance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the recruitment department.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a blue-collar or offshore recruitment context.
• Proficient in using HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
