PT Anggrek Akasia is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site work with remote collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects from start to finish.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation to management.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
