📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and ready for use.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of all drivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and coordinate routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks on all vehicles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and mentor new drivers to ensure they meet company standards.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
