As a SPA Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about wellness and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor.

In this role, you will use our in-house booking system to manage appointments, and our guest management software to handle check-ins and check-outs. You will also be trained on our specific wellness products and treatments, ensuring you can confidently assist our guests with their bookings and inquiries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest appointments using our in-house booking system
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs using our guest management software
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
• Promote our wellness services and treatments to new and returning guests
• Assist with the preparation and setup for wellness treatments
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and treatment history
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operation of daily activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using booking and guest management software
• Familiarity with wellness and spa services is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passionate about wellness and providing exceptional guest experiences
