📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Create and manage social media content for our platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and materials, including proposals, presentations, and case studies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the marketing and sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales support roles.
• Proven experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
