📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and delivery personnel to maintain a smooth supply chain.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Track and manage delivery schedules, ensuring they are met or communicated in advance if delays occur.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.,Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in our logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.,Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure their orders are handled with care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, drivers, and delivery personnel.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the food industry and understanding of food safety and handling regulations.,Valid driver's license and experience with vehicle maintenance is a plus.
