📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and able to provide exceptional service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the executive team to ensure that the restaurant meets its financial and operational goals.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.,Represent the restaurant at industry events, trade shows, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of success in managing a team, improving operational efficiency, and increasing revenue.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems, restaurant management software, and other relevant technology.,Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
