📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools,Knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with local market conditions is a plus
