📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for renewable energy projects.Conduct due diligence on land parcels to ensure they meet project requirements.Negotiate land acquisition agreements with landowners, local governments, and other stakeholders.Manage the land acquisition process from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with project teams to ensure land parcels are suitable for project development.Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes.Prepare and present reports on land acquisition activities to senior management.Stay updated on local and national regulations and policies related to land acquisition and renewable energy projects.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, particularly in the renewable energy sector.Proven track record of successful land deals and negotiations.Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
