📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facilities, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are met and that the company's overall objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.
