In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for our insurance products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Develop and execute product strategy for insurance products,Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver product roadmaps,Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement growth strategies,Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance and fintech,Mentor and coach junior product managers to develop their skills and capabilities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the insurance or fintech industry,Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations,Proven track record of delivering successful products and achieving business objectives,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and leadership skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
