As a Shipping Coordinator & Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our shipping operations while also managing our procurement activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the entire shipping process, from order placement to delivery.,Work closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Track and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.,Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and customs requirements.,Provide regular reports on shipping performance and procurement activities to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping coordination and procurement.,Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and procurement systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
