📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hospital operations, including patient care, staff scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
• Manage and optimize financial operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance hospital performance and patient satisfaction.
• Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, using tools like electronic health records (EHR) and hospital information systems (HIS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration or a similar role.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a related certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
