• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest brand offerings and customer service best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of luxury automotive brands is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
