As a Packing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our packaging processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, from raw material handling to finished product packaging. This role is perfect for a proactive leader with a strong background in packaging and manufacturing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 packing operators, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient packing schedules and workflows using SAP and other ERP systems.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of materials and products.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address issues, and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues that may arise during the packing process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet the required standards and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the packaging industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
