📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design system solutions for AS400 environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system flowcharts, data dictionaries, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and new features.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve system efficiency.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular system reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT System Analysis, with a focus on AS400 environments.
• Proficiency in IBM i (AS400) programming languages such as RPG, COBOL, and CL.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly DB2 for IBM i.
• Knowledge of system development methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks is a plus.
